TSUNAMI RESPONSE

In response to the Southeast Asian tsunami disaster the Pontifical Missions Societies (PMS) in the United States have established the Southeast Asia Solidarity Fund to assist in rebuilding the church in those areas. Monsignor John E. Kozar, National director of the PMS and the Society for the Propagation of the Faith said "As the Church in that part of the world assesses the damages and the resulting needs, they will need financial assistance as they help to rebuild the infrastructure of the Church there that will, in turn, be critical for people as they rebuild their homes and their lives."

CHALICES


Many newly ordained priests have no chalice to offer their first Mass. You can make a donation of $185.00 for a gold chalice and paten with your name(s) engraved. Then you and your intentions will always be remembered at the Altar of God!

WORLD MISSION ROSARY


The World Mission Rosary was designed in 1951 by Archbishop Fulton J. Sheen. This Rosary supports the work of the Missions, evangelization, and world peace.
Each decade is a different color to emphasize the five continents. It is a unique Rosary rich in symbolism.

GREGORIAN MASSES


Gregorian Masses are a series of thirty Holy Masses celebrated on thirty consecutive days for the repose of one deceased soul of a departed person,. Gregorian Masses derive their name from Pope St. Gregory the Great, who was the first to popularize this practice.
The Gregorian Mass stipend of $130 supports the work of the Missions. The Catholic Mission Office arranges with missionary dioceses and Religious Congregations to honor your request.
